Africa Rises Against Boko Haram

African Union has decided to form a joint military force including several countries and at least 10 thousand fighters to tackle the problem of Boko Haram

According to Ahlul Bait News Agency - ABNA - African Union has decided to form a joint military force including several countries and at least 10 thousand fighters to tackle the problem of Boko Haram. Last night the Niger and Chad army ran an operation on the terrorist group.

The Authorities in Niger army confirming he news said: Armed forces of both countries have run air and land operations against Boko Haramn and the operations still continue.

According to reports, in addition to these two countries the armed forces of Nigeria and Cameron will also help the operations as supporting forces.

Ahmed Edris, the authority in charge of the operations said: Boko Haram has become a big problem for the African countries. Nigeria which has one of the biggest economies of Africa has been busy with this terrorist group for 5 years. This can cause many concerns and troubles in the region. Considering the danger of spreading this virus to other countries, the western Africa has decided to act against it in a joint effort.
