According to al-Wefaq, over one hundred peaceful demonstrations were held on February 14 nationwide, most of which were suppressed by security forces.
Bahraini regime forces also arrested dozens of protesters and raided several homes.
The Bahrain Center for Human Rights also reported that a total of 113 citizens, including 19 children and 2 women, were arrested from February 9-15.
Reports said that security forces in Bahrain attacked pro-democracy protesters during a fresh demonstration against the ruling Al Khalifa regime in the Persian Gulf country.
People in Bahrain have stepped up their anti-regime protests in recent days to mark the anniversary of their February 14, 2011 revolution against the Al Khalifa regime amid heavy-handed crackdowns on rallies.
Demonstrators are seeking the downfall of the regime and establishment of a democratically-elected government.
They also want the release of the main opposition leader, Sheikh Ali Salman, and other political prisoners.
Salman has been under arrest since December last year on charges of inciting regime change. He denies the charges.
Since mid-February 2011, thousands of anti-regime protesters have held numerous demonstrations on the streets of Bahrain, calling for the Al Khalifa family to relinquish power.
Scores of Bahrainis have been killed and hundreds of others injured and arrested in the ongoing crackdown on peaceful demonstrations.
