The militants of the Islamic State (ISIS); detonated a holy shrine attributed to al-Sayeda Zeinab in Sinjer western Mosul after their controlling on it, and the militants controlled over two towns which are under the control of the Kurdish Peshmerga forces south of Sinjar.
Security source reportedthat "The ISIL terrorists detonated the holy shrines with the Improvised Explosive Devices."
AFP quoted from an official in the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan organization (PUK) in al-Mosul, Giyas Soji, saying that Peshmerga forces withdrew completely from Krtazrk and Mullah Khader towns south of Sinjar, after the ISIS fighters attacked their locations.
On the other hand, Iraqi forces arrested al-Walid battalion's commander in al-Jameaa neighborhood in Baghdad, and the Peshmerga forces was able to managed to kill about 100 gunmen, and captured 38 later.
