The organisation of the Ahlul Bayt World Assembly has sent condolence letter to the leader of the Shiite Islamic Movement in Nigeria Sheikh Ibraheem Zakzaky over the killings of tenths of people including his three children during an attack on International Quds Day Procession after its termination In Zaria by Nigerian Soldiers.
The letter dated the 26th of July 2014 and signed by its General Secretary Muhammad Hasan Akhtariy states that:
'the News of the death of your children together with some people who offered their lives for the sake of Allah and for the support of the Palestinian Course in a peaceful procession answering the call of late Imam Khomeini (R) and Imam Khamenei has reached us in deep sorrow and anguish.'
It further says 'We, the members of Ahlul Bayt World Assembly have therefore extend our condolence to the long awaited Imam (AJ) and to Your eminence (Sheikh Zakzaky), the family of the martyrs and to the Muslims in Nigeria on this great calamity and at the same time we condemn the barbaric act of killing innocent Muslim souls and those killed brutally in peaceful demonstrations ...'
The Letter further states 'We congratulate those killed for attaining martyrdom and as for those who committed the killing to them will be degradation, misery and grief for ever"
The letter called on Nigerian Government to bring the perpetrators to book "We call on Nigerian Government to arrest those responsible for the aggression and prosecute them according law in order to console the families of the martyrs as well as the general public."
In the end the letter prayed for Almighty Allah to give the families the fortunate to bear the loss and abode in the Garden of Bliss with Prophet and is pure progenies.
