Pilgrims of the Razavi Holy Shrine Mourned for Orphanage Grief of Imam Ali’s (A.S.) Children

Hundreds of thousands of the Razavi holy shrine pilgrims mourned for the orphanage grief of Imam Ali’s (A.S.) children on the night of 21 Ramadan.

According to news from Astan Quds Razavi website, a few hours before Iftar meal, the sacred premises were full of mourning population who has attended the holy shrine to express their condolence for martyrdom of the first oppressed of the world, Imam Ali (A.S.), to the presence of his son, Imam Reza (A.S.).

The flag of the holy shrine and the cover of the sacred Zarih were cladded in black as a sign of grief and pilgrims of the Razavi holy shrine sympathized with children of Hazrat Zahra (A.S.) in mourning for father’s martyrdom.

Feeding 9000 Mashhadi orphans on the night of Imam Ali’s martyrdom anniversary

On the night of 21 Ramadan, the night of martyrdom of the aid of the poor by Ibn-i Muljam Muradi at the Kufa Mosque, 9000 Mashhadi orphans were received by the blessed tablecloth of Imam Reza (A.S.).

The ritual of 21 Ramadan was held at the Razavi holy shrine a few minutes after performing the congregational evening prayer attended by the grand Custodian of Astan Quds Razavi, executive managers, seminarians, Khuddam and servants of the Razavi holy shrine, and hundreds of thousands of pilgrims.

This ceremony was held centrally at the Jame Razavi courtyard while all the sacred premises space was covered audio-visually for benefit of the vigilant.

A large crow of pilgrims attended the Razavi holy shrine in this valuable night to take Imam Reza (A.S.) as an intercessor for their forgiveness by God.

Mahdi Sarvari and Reza Nabavi, the panegyrists of Ahl al-Bayt (A.S.), recited Jowshan Kabir prayer followed by elegizing by Reza Nabavi on the occasion of Imam Ali’s (A.S.) martyrdom.

Afterwards, Hujat al-Islam Dr. Naser Rafiei gave lecture and performed the ritual of putting Qur’an on the head and the vigilant repented to the presence of God.
