Video shows Israeli missiles slam into home in Gaza

An Israeli air force F16 fighter jet has pummelled a Palestinian home in Gaza Strip with two missiles, as the regime continues bombing impoverished Gazans and killing more people.

On Saturday, homeowner Samir Nofal received a telephone call warning him of the attack 15 minutes before his home was struck by two missiles.

Pictures posted by al-Watania news agency showed the shattered and crumbling facade of the family home, with debris scattered in front of the house and children's toys poking through the rubble.

Palestinian resistance movement Hamas has warned that it is prepared to hit back at Israeli forces should the Tel Aviv regime launch a ground incursion into the coastal enclave.

The death toll from the five days of Israeli strikes on the Gaza Strip has risen to at least 122.

More than 800 people were injured in the latest round of Israeli attacks on Gaza since July 8. Most of the victims have been women and children.

Despite international criticism of Israel’s recent airstrikes on the Gaza Strip, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Friday that he would not bow to pressure to end the offensive, pledging instead to carry on.
