Students in Bahrain have started to take their final exams a few days ago. However, tens of Bahraini students remain behind bars as the regime escalates its repression.
According to statistics, more than 200 students under the age of 18 are jailed and deprived from right to education in Bahrain. This number includes primary, elementary and high school students as well as university students.
The number has doubled since the beginning of school year in September 2013, and it is increasing due to the intensifying official repression.
