Two Shia brothers embraced martyrdom in a targeted attack by takfiri terrorists of banned Sipah-e-Sahaba in Karachi on Thursday.
Notorious takfiri terrorists of Sipah-e-Sahaba (proscribed ASWJ), mother outfit of banned Lashkar-e-Jhangvi, opened fire upon Zulfiqar Ali and Shakir Ali sons of Khadim Ali while they were boarding a rickshaw near Nazimabad underpass.
Both Shia brothers were martyred and bodies were rushed to the nearby government hospital. Relatives and friends had gathered at the hospital. They were protesting against the government’s inaction against the terrorists.
They said that 'the government’s lack of action emboldened the terrorists. Martyr Zulfiqar Ali was a student of Hamdard University and martyr Shakir Ali was an employee of K Electric and posted at Bin Qasim 2. They hailed from Satellite Town Jhang'.
Shia parties and leaders condemned the double murder of Shia Muslims. They demanded that military operation be launched to eliminate the terrorists.
