(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - At least six persons lost their lives in various target attacks which occurred in different areas of Karachi on Monday.Professor Dr. Javed Iqbal Qazi was killed due to multiple shots and his driver injured when unidentified armed persons opened fire on his car in North Nazimabad area. Unknown gunmen were riding on motorcycle and targeted them in Block-I of North Nazimabad.The deceased doctor was working at Karachi Medical and Dental College (KMDC). After the incident police reached at the crime scene and shifted bodies to the hospital.In another incident, a Shia shopkeeper martyred by banned outfits in Shia majority area.According to report, terrorists of banned organization shot a person who identified as Shahab Haider Naqvi, he was sitting inside his pan shop in Ancholi.He got wounds and rushed to hospital for medico legal treatment but he succumbed to injuries. Shia parties and leaders have condemned the targeted attack on innocent and peaceful Shiites. They said that the terrorists inflicted human and economic losses to Shia Muslims. They demanded military operation to eliminate the terrorists./149
