(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Unremitting gun attacks in the Karachi city claimed the lives of seven more people, including a man belonging to the Shia community, on Monday.Syed Shahid Zaidi, 45, was returning home when two helmeted men on a motorcycle opened fire on him in Nazimabad No 2, said SSP Amir Farooqui of District Central.Zaidi was taken to the Abbasi Shaheed Hospital where he was pronounced dead upon arrival. He had suffered three bullets to the head.Police said the victim, who belonged to the Shia community, was targeted on sectarian grounds. He was a resident of New Karachi and worked at a printing press in Nazimabad.Following the incident, tension gripped the locality where members of the Shia community staged a protest and demanded immediate arrest of the perpetrators. /129
