(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) Al Wefaq National Islamic Society has written to the Red Cross and the Working Group on Enforced or Involuntary Disappearances (WGEID) in the United Nations to intervene for information about two citizens who were arrested 8 days ago, in a brutal and dangerous manner, after they had been shot at with firearms. The authorities in Bahrain have not revealed any information, while the families remain in great fear over the safety of their sons.Al Wefaq stressed that the inhumane detention of the two wounded men (Fadhil Abbas and Sadiq Al Asfoor), and the extreme secrecy over their conditions, prove that the security forces have perpetrated a big crime and are cautious to declare any details./149
