(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The Bahraini regime continues to violate fundamental rights of prisoners in various practices. Families of prisoners have confirmed that prison administrations refused to pass winter clothes in for the prisoners. At the same time, the prisoners in Juw prison continue to suffer from the lack of water for over two months now. Detained children in ward no.6 in Dry Dock prison have also been complaining of maltreatment and assault.Al Wefaq National Islamic Society in Bahrain said the ongoing violations against the prisoners reflect the regime’s inhuman dealing with prisoners of conscience.“These practices are used as a punishment against the political prisoners who are supposed to be free.
