The work is entitled as the ‘Charter of Freedom’ and has been adopted from a section of a book by Rasoul Jafarian entitled as ‘the Intellectual-Political Life of Shi’a Imams’.

Arba'een ("forty") is a Shi’a Muslim religious observance that occurs 40 days after the Day of Ashura.
It commemorates the martyrdom of Hussein bin Ali, the grandson of the Prophet Muhammad which falls on the 20th day of the month of Safar.
Imam Hussein and 72 of his supporters martyred in the Battle of Karbala in the year 61 AH (680 CE), killed by Yazid's army.
