Hackers Protest Against Angola Allegedly Banning Islam

A few days ago, reports surfaced that Angola banned Islam and closed down all mosques. The country is denying the accusations made by some human rights groups.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) In the meantime, Muslim hacktivists have set their sights on Angola. The group known as Moroccan Ghosts has breached and defaced the website of Angola’s Embassy in Spain (embajadadeangola.com).On the defacement page, the hackers urge the Angola government to “stop the suppression of Islam and the Muslims.”“Islam is a religion of tolerance, respect and full of mercy, where man plays a big role to contribute to the stability of any society judges and living together of different races. One of the duties of the Muslim as an individual is to respect the other, on the other hand, a Muslim must be able to exercise his faith,” the hackers noted. At the time of writing, the website of Angola’s Embassy in Spain has been taken offline.
