(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A gigantic opposition rally is to march Budaiya highway, west of the capital Manama, next Friday 27th September. Taher al-Musawi, the Head of Al-Wefaq’s Media Centre said the rally will reiterate the calls of the vast majority of the Bahraini people for democratic transition and the construction of a real state that stands on justice and freedom. The peaceful rally also comes amidst an escalating security campaign that targets political activism, freedom of opinion and religious rituals. Sheikh Ali Salman, the Secretary General of Al-Wefaq National Islamic Society had called for the huge rally describing it as extraordinary.
