Hezbollah Secretary General Nasrallah to make key speeches on '06 war occasion

Secretary general of Hezbollah resistance movement, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah is going to make two speeches on the occasion of group's victory against Israel 2006 aggression on Lebanon.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Secretary general of Hezbollah resistance movement, Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah is going to make two speeches on the occasion of group's victory against Israel 2006 aggression on Lebanon.

His will be first delivering a televised speech in Lebanese capital Beirut on Wednesday, which is going to be broadcasted by al-Mayadeen TV 09:00 AM (local time).

He will have a second speech at 17:00 PM (local time) during a ceremony to commemorate Hezbollah’s victory against Israel in the 33-day war in 2006.

The ceremony is going to be held in the town of Aita al Shaab in south of Lebanon.

The Tel Aviv regime launched two wars on Lebanon in 2000 and 2006. About 1,200 Lebanese, most of them civilians, were killed in the 33-Day War of 2006.

On both occasions, however, Hezbollah fighters defeated the Israeli forces and Tel Aviv was forced to retreat without achieving any of its objectives.
