(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - US-backed militants behind new massacre in Syria. The United Nations (UN) and the Syrian officials in the capital Damascus have held productive talks and finally, both sides agreed on an investigation of the alleged use of chemical weapons on Syrian soil, although Russian experts have already discovered first-hand evidence for the use of chemical weapons (sarin nerve gas) by a group of foreign-backed terrorists in an attack on Syrian civilians and soldiers in Khan al-Assal, the same place where the new horrible massacre was committed by another group of US-supported militants some days ago, near the strategically important city of Aleppo (Halab) earlier this year. The Syrian government under President Bashar al-Assad and the UN delegation to Syria have published a statement yesterday. The statement by both sides say that they took part in “productive” negotiations in the capital, Damascus. The UN delegation to Damascus stated in the statement that the talks with the Syrian side were thorough and productive and that these negotiations have finally led to an achieved agreement on further detailed investigations by the UN (United Nations) about the alleged use of chemical weapons in the Syrian conflict. However, the use of chemical weapons (sarin nerve gas) by a foreign-supported group of terrorists in the Syrian conflict is already confirmed by Russian experts since some weeks. It is not yet clear whether inspectors of the United Nations (UN) are thus allowed to enter Syria and to carry out detailed investigations where they want within Syrian borders. This information is missing in the recent statement about the agreement and “productive talks” between both sides in the capital, Damascus.According to the Syrian Foreign Minister and other officials from Syria, the talks with the small delegation from the United Nations (UN) “were comprehensive and fruitful” and the negotiations led to the situation of an agreement on the “means of moving forward”.Some officials of the US military have recently admitted that the 100 per cent seizure of the chemical weapons in Syrian stockpiles cannot be guaranteed even with the use of thousands of well-trained Special Forces on ground in Syria. In addition, some other officials of the US military have also warned some days ago that a military intervention in Syria by foreign forces would lead to a situation that the attacking forces will certainly lose a lot of jet fighters and soldiers in their attempt of a military intervention in Syria. Further, the outcome of such an intervention in Syria is not to foresee and a former US Marine has even warned about a possible World War III (WWIII) if foreign forces will attack Syria and try to implement a so-called “no-fly zone” above Syrian soil.Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Martin Dempsey wrote in a letter to the chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee on July 19 that the impact would be the control of some, but not all chemical weapons in Syria and “at a minimum, this option would call for a no-fly zone as well as air and missile strikes involving hundreds of aircraft, ships, submarines, and other enablers”.Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Martin Dempsey further wrote in his letter to the chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee that “thousands of special operations forces and other ground forces would be needed to assault and secure critical sites…costs could also average well over one billion dollars per month.”It is very certain that the attempt of an implementation of a no-fly zone over Syria could only be established at a high price by foreign powers. In addition, Syria is not Libya and it seems that several foreign powers had to initially learn about this fact since the beginning of the implementation of the proxy war and Salvador option on Syrian soil over two years ago.Meanwhile, the US Secretary of State, John Kerry, met with a small delegation of the external and divided “Syrian National Coalition” (SNC), based in Turkey, in this week. Further, also officials from the United Nations (UN) met with the new Saudi-linked head of this staged “Syrian opposition coalition” from Istanbul in New York. This went so far that Russia had to publish several statements that this meeting between the United Nations (UN) and the members of the so-called “Syrian National Coalition” (SNC) in New York is no sign of any official acceptance of this group as representatives of the Syrian people and that it is no official meeting between both sides. The Saudi-linked head of the so-called “Syrian National Coalition” (SNC) demands the supply of new and modern weapons by Washington and according to recent information and the last decisions by the Obama administration, it seems the United States will again use the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) to soon send new and modern weapons as well as a lot of military aid, paid by US taxpayers, into the hand of terrorists and jihadists in Syria. Thus, the U.S. administration will send new weapons into the bloody hands of such kind of people who carry out such massacres as the horrible massacre conducted by a group of this foreign-supported terrorists in Khan al-Assal (Khan al-Asal) this week. The foreign-backed terrorists have at least killed 123 Syrian civilians and some personnel of the Syrian military in Khan al-Assal, while it is to expect that the sad death toll will even increase today. The delivery of weapons into the hands of terrorist groups and jihadists fighting in a sovereign state against the legitimated government has certainly nothing to do with the alleged intentions of the Obama administration in Washington to seek a political solution for the Syrian conflict./129
