(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Al-Wefaq National Islamic Society stated that the story of an attack on a mosque in Riffa area is vague and under suspicion. Al-Wefaq called on all parties to be more careful before taking stances on such incidents, based on inaccurate news promoted by the extremists’ media in Bahrain.  Al-Wefaq mentioned that it does not know the truth behind the incident that was announced to have taken place in a parking lot outside a mosque near the Royal Court as the information on the incident is still unclear and vague. However, Al-Wefaq declared its condemnation as it always does in every violent incident from any side. The incident is strange to the Bahraini people and society, it said.Al-Wefaq added that fabricating the story of the incident and linking it to a mosque is meant to be exploited for political purposes. The incident is surrounded by doubts, given that all pictures of the incident published by the official parties did not show a mosque in the place of the claimed incident. Moreover, the official statements did not mention any damage to the mosque in the doubted incident.Al-Wefaq stressed that the political crisis in Bahrain is far from such violent actions as the political majority who demand democracy have lost more than 100 lives and at least 35 mosques as confirmed by the BICI report as well as many international organizations. The very same organizations have also documented tens of thousands of arrests and injuries amongst civilians, in addition to100 cases of torture. Yet, the people did not refer to violence, instead, they have strongly denounced it. This doubted incident only happened while the people are waiting for political resolution to save the country.Al-Wefaq affirmed that the suspicious incident was followed by attacks on mosques of the other sect with fire arms in order to make the scene seem sectarian and push people into conflict.Al-Wefaq affirms that it abides to its stance by denouncing violence and insists on political solution as demanded by the political majority in Bahrain. The regime must respond to the political entitlement it is eluding from, Al-Wefaq added./129
