Kadhem: "There is No Serious Dialogue in Bahrain, Merely Fooling World"

The real and serious dialogue is yet not started in Bahrain. The opposition hopes that the current discussion table to prepare for a serious dialogue, whilst, the regime pushes back", Sayed Jameel Kadhem said.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The real and serious dialogue is yet not started in Bahrain. The opposition hopes that the current discussion table to prepare for a serious dialogue, whilst, the regime pushes back", Sayed Jameel Kadhem said.

The National Democratic Opposition in Bahrain's team in the dialogue preparation table's spokesman, also, pointed out that "what the regime is trying to say to the out world is not more other attempts to obscure the truth that there is an escalating political crisis in Bahrain, and the problematic mentality of the regime is, yet, to fuel the tension".

"The international community is required to take actions to address the unjustifiable delays and buying time processes adopted by the regime when it comes to the patriotic demands of the political majority of the people in Bahrain. The absence of seriousness will drag Bahrain into a dark tunnel and tense the atmospheres more, as the regime is complicating the political scene with more irrational security measures".

Kadhem, also, added that "serious dialogue is a must. Regime must take out obstacles from the way to achieve something by talk. Opposition proposed projects, visions and principles to reach a breakthrough from the current stalemate, and to achieve the people's aspirations. But, the other team insists to keep the dialogue far away from the real national issues".

"Regime's attempts to elude the international community that the current dialogue table is progressing as normal, or it will produce a solution at this pace, is unrealistic. The current dialogue table suffers so many complications that will take it nowhere", he added.

The opposition team's spokesman said that "to put the dialogue on the right track, the regime must be clearly represented. The outcomes must, also, go for a referendum, and fundamental guarantees must be determined. Any negotiation which will not produce a government that represents the people's will, a parliament with full powers which is elected as per fair electoral constituencies, impartial judiciary and socially diversified security services, then it will not be capable to resolve the crisis in Bahrain".

"The National Democratic Opposition Parties don't want to talk just for talk. These talks must meet the legitimate demands of people; otherwise, talks will lead to nowhere. Pushing back and arrogantly saying "NO" to any serious democratic change will keep this dialogue meaningless", Kadhem said.
