(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The first photo exhibition of “Symbol of Awakening of Bahraini People” was held at Imam Ali (AS) Islamic Center in Vienna, Austria.
The exhibition was organized by Ahl-ul-Bait (AS) Association of Islamic Education (ILA) in cooperation with Iran's Cultural Center in Vienna.
A number of Muslim photographers from Iran, Afghanistan, Turkey, Pakistan, Austria and Arab countries participated at the exhibition.
Some 30 photos and caricatures about the revolution in Bahrain were put on display at the Islamic center.
The center also hosted a book fair with over 100 book titles and a charity market held on the sidelines of the exhibition.
Live painting by Iranian artists on the Bahrainis revolution was another program of the exhibition and a 40-minute documentary in German language about Bahrain Shia Muslims was also screened.
ILA plans to hold more photo exhibitions about Palestinian and Syrian people in Vienna in the coming months.
