(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The International Conference on Seerah Nabawi (PBUH) that had started on April 7 in Algeria wrapped up on Tuesday, April 9.It was organized in the city of Constantine by Algeria’s Ministry of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, elwatan website reported.A number of Muslim scholars from Tunisia, Algeria, Sudan, Syria, the UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia as well as a number of European countries took part in the international event.Addressing the conference, Bu Abdullah Ghulamullah, Algeria’s Minister of Awqaf and Religious Affairs, said Muslim countries need to pay attention to the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and train scholars to promote the Quranic sciences.He also called for development of science in Muslim countries in order for the betterment of Muslims’ lives.A number of Muslim scholars presented their papers about the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (PBU) at the three-day conference. /129
