Mosques are the houses of God, the niches of worship, the centre of the nation movement, and the starting point of light radiation for it, the symbol of its strength and pride, the holy and esteemed position in all religions and peoples, and any infringed upon them is an infringed on God, and on the Muslims sanctity, and the Muslim people! (Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - And who are more unjust than those who prevent the name of Allah from being mentioned in His mosques and strive toward their destruction. It is not for them to enter them except in fear. For them in this world is disgrace and they will have a great torment in the Hereafter. (Al-Baqarah: 114)

It is an exceed to all limits, and disregard for the divine values and principles, and the international law that binding to respect religious rituals and houses of worship.

As we stop these days within the week of demolished mosques; to reminisce the crime of demolishing more than 38 mosques in Bahrain, as regime bulldozers moved openly and brutally on Sunday, the tenth April 2011, in an atmosphere of the emergency law that has been imposed on the country, and the granting of absolute powers for security and defense forces and the army to suppress the people, and torturing him; to begin the process of mosques demolition, and flattened all its contents, including the Holy Quran, uncaring of the feelings of the people in the worst and greatest crime on earth carried out by a government that claims Islam, it is a crime that has not ever been witnessed in the history.

We are living the second anniversary of this horrific crime, and vicious attack to demolish these mosques, we emphasize the following:

First: We must keep this crime timeless in history, that represent a black page in the history of the political system in Bahrain, and stigma in the forehead of a government that claims of Islam! We must never forget this crime! It should remain as a witness on the outrageous and horrendous crimes committed in the period of emergency.

Second: the accountability claim of the perpetrators of this heinous crime and punishing all those who contributed to it, in any form, remains an essential requirement that cannot be waived.

Third: These mosques must be completely rebuilt, in their fixed positions, and with all reverence and respect! The official bodies have to take its legal and legitimacy responsibility in the reconstruction.

Fourth: We must adopt a clear and explicit constitutional and legal basis that protects mosques and shrines of any abuse, or violation in the future.

Fifth: We call for documenting and recording all the territory of mosques and endowments - many have been missed- and signed them within the private property, and the need to correct the situation to ensure the return of rights, and put an end to those who infringe on the legitimate endowments.

Sixth: We reject all forms of harassment for believers who want to revive these mosques by praying on their lands, it is a legitimate and legal right that cannot be confiscated in any form.

Seventh: We call upon all Islamic countries, and international organizations; to make its clear and explicit responsible rejection for this step of the Bahraini government, and demand to hold an accountability for who is responsible, and rebuild all the mosques, and document the crime internationally; for it is  one of the most prominent human rights violations in international law.

Eighth: We reject all forms of abuse and harassment of religious freedom in Bahrain. Mosques must play its basic role in raising and educating people, creating a believer generation who experience the real relation with God Almighty, and live abide by the legitimate principles and provisions, and work to achieve a good reality in all its dimensions.

The restrictions on the movement of the mosques, and prevent it of play its real role to cancel its existence - there is no meaning for mosques which do not play its real role, -in this context,- the restrictions on religious discourse, and the role of Friday andCongregational prayer imams in carrying out their legitimate responsibility through the rational and reformer word-, it is a form of counteracting mosques, and striving toward their destruction.

Ninth: The tragedy of demolishing mosques in Bahrain, is one of the results of the deteriorated political situation in the country, Where a non-existent of a popularly accepted political system, and non-existent of control and accountability constitutional mechanism! For the people, there is no real representation at the level of the legislature nor the executive, and there is no judicial system that is fair and capable of accounting , such big crimes are happened.

We emphasize that the only way out for every crisis in this country, including religious freedoms crisis lies in the achievement of the popularly accepted political system, which is able to protect and defend the rights of the people, and the maintenance of religious freedoms.

Tenth: We call upon all the faithful, loyal, brave, and sacrifice sons of this people, toeffectively attend in all programs and activities of the demolished mosques week in defense of our holy places, and the confirmation of the nation's active presence in all its issues! So we deliver a clear and explicit message that we will stay defending our religious and national rights, and will not back down or give up for none of them whatever the cost is.
