(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The book further contains the history of Norouz and the traditions and rituals Iranians practice as the new year arrives.
Compiled by Mousa Shadfar and Parvaneh Shabanpur, the book is published by Entekhab in the Iranian book market.
“We should remember that all developments in the universe are caused by humans and all changed are made with human intention,” reads one of the statements by the Supreme Leader. “If humans with to make changes in their societies, they should begin with themselves. Ethical, internal, humane, and spiritual developments guarantee human perfection and redemption.”
The work is arranged in 176 pages and eight chapters considering the history of Norouz under different dynasties, and listing the Supreme Leader’s statements about the ancient Persian festival.
Furthermore, Norouz in Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and Tajikistan is reflected in the book.
There is a section in the book which considers Norouz in Islamic Hadith and the holy Quran and other religious books.
