(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The Tunisian President adviser for International Affairs Anwar al-Garbi confirmed the Tunisian President Dr. Moncef Marzouki's visit to the Gaza Strip, to express solidarity with the Palestinian people.
Al-Garbi told Quds press that Marzouki's visit to the Gaza Strip will be through the Egyptian side, stressing that the visit's program does not include the West Bank.
The head of the Palestinian Authority, Mahmoud Abbas, has visited Tunisia on Monday to attend the celebration of the second anniversary of the Tunisian revolution, and met with Tunisian President Moncef Marzouki and Prime Minister Hamadi Jebali.
An official Tunisian delegation headed by Foreign Minister Dr. Rafiq Abdul Salam had visited the Gaza Strip during the recent Israeli aggression, to confirm Tunisia's solidarity with the Palestinian cause.
