(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The work is based on historical documents and addresses younger readers with illustrations by Narges Delavari.
The book follows its theme on the life of Imam Sadjad based on explicit religious and historical references like Sahifeh Sadjadiyeh, the Culture of Ashura, Assessment of the History of Ashura, and Shi’ism in History.
The work’s main focus is narration of the events which followed Ashura event and the martyrdom of Imam Hussein in the desert of Karbala.
“There were the Medina, the alley, the market, the mud houses and a neighborhood called the Hashemites; and in the nearby was this mosque where the Prophet was burried and a cemetery which kept his endeared grandmother, Fatima, and martyred uncle, Imam Hassan. He would go there, pray and cry whenever he felt upset,” reads a part of the book.
Arranged in 61 pages, the book is published by Ghadayani in Tehran.
