Bahrain: Innocent lives are deliberately targeted inside houses

Although citizens were practicing their religious activities on Monday 15th October 2012, the regime forces continued their repressive measures by excessively using force against them.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) -  Frequently the momentum of pro-democracy protests is less during religious anniversaries. However, this doesn't mean the brutality of the regime forces is less. The collective punishment, hostile house raids and arbitrary arrest in some Bahraini areas are nonstop.

In continuation for the official revengeful policy, the regime forces attacked Bani Jamra, raided a house, and arbitrarily arrested two citizens because of their opposite political views.

Three areas in Bahrain were subjected to the regime repression, brutality and collective punishment on Monday. The regime forces used the internationally prohibited shotgun against peaceful pro-democrascy protesters. As usual, innocent houses were, also, unjustifiably attacked with toxic and suffocating gases.

Despite there were no protests, Samaheej was also under the regime forces' attack. Many children were subjected to check if they have shotgun injuries. The regime forces indiscriminately use shotgun aiming to cause casualties or killings.

An incident of vandalizing and then stealing a private property is also documented in Sitra, with full impunity for perpetrators.

Some footage showed the deliberate shooting which is systematically perpetrated by the forces against houses and safe neighborhoods. This reflects the state terrorism against the people by terrifying them and attacking their houses.

The footage showed to what extent the authorities are underestimating and deliberately perpetrating the collective punishment; by targeting innocent people and attempting to intentionally kill them.

With the excessive use of toxic and suffocating gases thrown into houses, such documented pattern of suffering in many areas caused many death cases among the people.

The footage showed a number of soldiers firing gases directly at one of the houses, then, intentionally aiming to throw the toxic gas grenades into rooms through windows.

The regime forces threw these toxic grenades into number of windows and intensively fired at them. Despite the intensive gases came out from these attacked rooms, the forces continued its deliberate targeting of citizens' lives
