(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Bahraini forces backed by Saudi troops have once again attacked anti-regime protesters in several villages and towns across the tiny Persian Gulf sheikdom, Press TV reports.Protesters and regime forces faced off on Friday night when people took to the streets to mark the first anniversary of an emergency law that was put in place to quash the protest movement in the country.It’s been more than a year since the popular protests sprang up in the tiny Persian Gulf state, with the protesters calling for the ouster of the Al Khalifa regime.The demonstrators also demanded that protest leaders be let out of jail. /129
