(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Bahraini security forces arrested scores of protesters on Thursday in the villages of Bilad al-Qadim, Sahla and A'ali.
Protesters set tires ablaze to set up road blocks in Sahla and A'ali.
Meanwhile, Bahrainis also staged marches in the cities of Diah, Abu Saiba and Sitra in a show of solidarity with revolutionaries detained as part of Manama’s crackdown on anti-government protests.
Anti-regime protesters in Bahrain are demanding the downfall of the Al Khalifa monarchy.
They also hold King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa responsible for the deaths of protesters during the popular uprising in the country that began in February 2011.
