1. Bahraini authorities postponed a trip by the UN investigator into torture mission, that is scheduled for March 8-17, the UN human rights office in Geneva said that Bahrain formally requested postponing until July the visit by the visit by the special rapporteur on torture.
This raises concerns on the current situation and the ongoing violations of human rights in Bahrain.

2. A sit in protest by the dismissed workers took place in the Ministry of Labour in the presence on the delegation of the International Labour Organization.
2. Protests in many villages were repressed brutally by security forces, tear gas was shot excessively inside houses where cases of suffocation were reported, in addition to injuries and arrests.
Two serious injuries were reported: One of them as a result to direct shot of tear gas canister to the head and the second is due to shot gun pellets.
Arresting of 4 teenagers from Aali after breaking into their houses and damaging the contents, no arrest warrants were shown.

3. According to S. Yousif Al Muhafadha, a women was intentionally shot by a tear gas canister in her chest, she was transferred to hospital and was diagnosed with clotting of blood and tissue damage.
4. A statement issued by Al Wefaq highlighted that the Ministry of Interior behaves in an immoral manner, and that it is not its concern to prevent or intervene in the planned events.
Al Wefaq emphasized that the statement of the Ministry of Interior consisted of lies and deception of the truth, as notifications were made for a sit in to the start on Friday, March 2 until Friday, March 9 from three in the afternoon until midnight, and is not true that sit-in will take place on Friday and Saturday at six o'clock, these information lacks credibility.
