(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - An exhibition showcasing photos and visual arts featuring martyrs of the revolutions in Egypt and Tunisia was opened on the sidelines of the 43rd edition of international book fair in Cairo.According to AL-Yawm Al-Sabe’ newspaper, the exhibition was opened with the presence of Shaker Abdul Hamid, Minister of Culture in Egypt and Mahdi Mabruk, Minister of Culture of Tunisia.The exhibition displays photos from revolutions in Egypt and Tunisia and the martyrs of the two countries during the revolutions.The opening ceremony of the exhibition was also attended by Mohammad Rashad, head of Egyptian Publishers Union, Noori Abid, head of Tunisian Publishers Union as well as a large number of cultural figures and authors.It is reported that Kamal Al-Ganzouri, the Prime Minister of Egypt did not take presence at the program.There will be a series of ceremonies planned to be held on the sidelines of the exhibition on the occasion of the 25th of January, the anniversary of Egyptian revolution’s victory.The 43rd edition of international book fair in Cairo has been held with participation of publishers from 30 countries.The photo exhibition is due to be underway until February 7. /129
