(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - During the session of "Evaluating and criticizing the Persian translations of the Holy Quran following the Islamic Revolution", Hujjat al-Islam Mohammad Naghdi said:" Many criticisms have been written about Quran's translations and reading them is a must for those who enter the field of Quran translation."
The works have been gathered by the Center for Translation of the Holy Quran (CTHQ), he said.
The rich treasure has been presented as software currently and it will be released as a book as well, he added.
He went on to say that the center will support student's theses which are penned on criticizing the Quran's translations into different languages. The Holy Book has been rendered into several languages for instance more than 80 complete English translations exist which indeed expand the field of criticism.
