(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Iranian Manager of Tarjoman Vahy Institute announced the unveiling of two new translations of the holy Quran into Chinese and Urdu.
In an interview, Mohammad Naghdi said, "The translations are prepared and will be unveiled parallel with the 33rd anniversary of the Islamic Revolution."
As Naghdi said, the Chinese version of the book took ten years to complete by Soleman Bai Ju Su, who has spent 13 years of his life studying university levels in Iran and is well acquainted with Persian as well.
Currently there are two versions of the Urdu translation of the holy Quran: one suits Sunni Muslims and the other is for Shias. The volume prepared for publication is a combination of the two translations and encompasses translations in two columns of the same page with the aim of preserving Muslims' unity and integrity, noted Naghdi.
Tarjoman Vahy has already prepared the translations of the holy Quran into Spanish, French, Turkish and English, and has published them in countries like the US, France, the UK and Azerbaijan.
Oghaf and Charity Affairs Organization will unveil the volumes during the Fajr Decade (the 33rd anniversary of the Islamic Revolution).
