(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The ceremony was held at the conference hall of the organization on Monday (November 14, 2011).
In the ceremony, Ali Asgari said translation of the book was supervised by Seyyed Sham'e Mohammad Razavi and took 20 years to complete. The book was published in six volumes by Shokoufeh publication center in Qom. Also, Alhoda international publication center has endorsed the book and has purchased many copies of the series to distribute in India.
He went on to elaborate on a new plan by the organization which is titled as the Hami (sponsor) scheme based on which a total of 100 books in Persian will be introduced by Alhoda and the organization will support any publisher which translates and publishes them into other languages.
Cultural deputy of the organization further added that books rendered into various languages of the world will be purchased by the organization and will be put in the international delivery scheme of the center.
Also in the ceremony, Mohammad Razavi, executive manager of Alghadir translation project into Urdu language said Alemeh Amini went through a lot of hardships to complete his magnum opus; he even spent four month in India for research and study and finally wrote a book which could supremely guide imam Ali's adherents.
Even though there are enumerable book shops in India, there are scarce resources for religious books in the country, he added.
He further added that religious researchers and masters should be supported to be able to publish religious resources in other languages for other nations like Indians.
He also called on Iran's cultural officials to form an office in India for Indian clerics and scientists to disseminate religious books among school and university students in the country.
Mohsen Eslami was another speaker at the session. At the present, he serves as the general manager of the management department of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO). In his address, he said reading of the book can be enjoyed by religious and scientific scholars at universities and seminaries.
He expressed hope that religious works gain their rightful status in India like in Iran.
The ICRO has put translation of exquisite Persian works top on its agenda, added Eslami. "The organization is prepared to sponsor translation of great Islamic words into other languages of the world as a measure to introduce," he asserted.
