Int'l Quds Day to Be Commemorated in Zimbabwe

Iran Cultural Center in Zimbabwe plans to hold special programs commemorating International Quds Day on the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) -  Iran Cultural Center in Zimbabwe plans to hold special programs commemorating International Quds Day on the last Friday of the holy month of Ramadan.

Mohammad Asadi Mowahhed, Iran cultural attaché in Zimbabwe, explained the programs of the center on the occasion.

 Quds forum, as one of the programs, will be held by the Iranian center with participation of Muslim citizens as well as university elites, from among both Muslims and Christians.

 He said that necessary arrangements have been made with Imams of Mosques and Friday prayer leaders to select holy Quds issues as the main theme of the second sermon of the prayers on the last Friday of the holy month.

 “Radio and TV interviews have been also planned in this respect,” he added.

 The Iranian official also noted that the center has published articles and brochures in Shona and Ndebele languages on the holy Quds to be distributed among Muslims.
