Activities by Japanese Islamic centers during Holy Ramadan

In accordance with the arrival of Holy Ramadan, the ambassador of Saudi Arabia in Japan has given away the gifts of dates and Holy Quran to the Islamic organization of Japan.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Dr Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Satar Turkastani the ambassador of Saudi Arabia in Japan has given away the gifts of dates and Holy Quran to the Islamic centers and head officials, in accordance with the arrival of Holy Ramadan and the month of Holy Quran’s revelation.

 Dr Abdul Aziz bin Abdul Satar said that in view of the focus on the Muslims of all parts of the world, souvenirs of Holy Quran has been given to the Islamic centers of Japan for the benefit of Muslims in Ramadan.

 The Malik Fahad center of Holy Quran’s publication has distributed five hundred and seventy million, eight hundred five thousand five hundred and twenty nine copies of Holy Quran from 1405 AH to 1432 AH so that Muslims can seek maximum benefit from them. The Muslims of Japan follow special kind of customs and practices during Holy Ramadan which they have learnt from the Muslims of the Islamic countries.

 Besides Muslims, the doors of mosques are opened for non-Muslims during Holy Ramadan so that they can be educated about the features of Islam and Holy Ramadan. Naseej website reported that during this month, the table cloths of “Aftar” are placed in the mosques and Islamic centers, and the recitors and preachers of various Islamic countries enlightens the Muslims of this country with the blessings of Islam and Holy Ramadan by visiting Japan during Holy Ramadan and they will also participate in retreat besides recitation of Holy Quran and awaking during the nights for worship.
