(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The Egyptian delegation which consists of Sayyids – the progeny of the Holy Prophet (SAWW) – and the lovers of Ahlul Bayt (AS) whom were invited to travel to Iran by the Ahlul Bayt (AS) World Assembly in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Islamic Republic of Iran will be in Qom tomorrow.
According to the report, Egyptian delegation in the first stage of their journey to Iran visited the holy city of Mashhad to pilgrimage the Holy shrine of Imam Ali ibn Musa Reza (AS). Then, the board met with "Ayatollah Vaez Tabasi" representative of Imam Khamenei and caretaker of Astan Quds Razavi.
The Egyptian delegation visited the house of late Imam Khomeini in Tehran.
Next on the Egyptian delegation agenda is to being in Qom to pilgrimage the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Masumeh (SA) and visit different parts of the Ahlul Bayt (AS) World Assembly. They will meet with Grand Ayatollah Makarem Shirazi on tomorrow evening.
The board members had meetings with some of Iranian officials during their journey.
Introducing the Egyptian delegation:
1. Taher al-Hashimi
He is the president of "Egypt’s Sadaat (Naqabah Al-Ashraf)" in Behaira province. He also is the Secretary-General of "Tariqah al-Hashemiyah". Due to his empathy with Shia Islam, along with "Muhammad Al-Derini" are under serious criticism of Wahhabi Salafis.
2. Doctor Ahmed Hassan Hilal
He is an Egyptian Shia physician, Egyptian intellectual and Political Activist. He has many interviews with various Medias.
3. Sayyed Nadal Sayyed Mohammad al-Moghazi
He is the Sheikh of "Tariqah al-Moghazi". He has writing on Sufism. One of his ancestors was the respected character of Tariqah al-Moghazi.
4. Hassan Mohammed Baghdadi
He is a political activist and a member of "Egypt’s Sadaat (Nqabah Al-Ashraf)" in Aswan.
5. Vasam Mohammed Abdul Zahir Ahmed
He is a journalist who graduated from Cairo University. Nowadays he works in Cairo TV as newsman and anchor.
6. Ahmed Mohammed Mosaad Sobh
He is a lawyer and political activist. He was an ex-member of Islamic Groups and was arrested by Mubarak regime, due to his political activities. His narration of the prison period was published after the revolution in Egypt. He has a good relationship with the Egyptian Council of Al-Albait, he is in favor of a good relation between Iran and Egypt.
7. Mohammed AbdolMonem Hijris
He is the vice chairman of judicial office in Alexandria, and a member of "Egypt’s Sadaat".
8. Saad al-Hewari
He is one of Hewari Sadaat and member of Egyptian Parliament.
9. Mohammed Anwar Sulaiman
The secretary of the Sadaat in the region of Draw (children's of Imam Ali (AS)) in Aswan.
10. Mohammed Helmi Youssef
Al-Azhar graduated and director and editor of Islamic Newspaper of Noor (light).
11. Mohamed Othman
He is Al-Ahram newspaper journalist who often covers stories and news related to Iran.
12. Sobhi Abdul Salam
He is Al-Dastur newspaper journalist who writes articles and reports about Islamic fields and Islamic groups.
