(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Salehi on Thursday referred to Iran’s written plan for resolution of crisis in Libya, while adding that during a visit to Algeria and his meeting with his Algerian counterpart, Mourad Medelci, the two parties had exchanged views and held talks in detail about the topic of Libya and the measures that are taken in this domain.
Salehi also reminded that Algeria and a number of other countries seek to find an approach to halt the massacres, which are the consequence of civil war and NATO’s attacks; to shape the new structure in the Libyan ruling system with an all-encompassing participation, and to prevent the foreign interferences in Libya’s domestic affairs.
Without referring to the details of Iran’s plan, Salehi said that the plan presented by the Algerian foreign minister is similar to Iran’s plan.
Iran’s foreign minister, in continuation of his European visits, and en route to Nigeria to take part in the 14th ministerial meetings of D8, made a stop-over in Algeria, and met and conferred with his Algerian counterpart about regional topics of importance, especially the developments in Libya.
