DAMASCUS, Syria (Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - President Bashar al-Assad on Wednesday made a telephone call with King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, during which they discussed the situations in Bahrain and Syria.
President al-Assad affirmed during the call Syria's support to the Bahraini national accord dialogue which King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa called for, in addition to Syria's support to all that preserves security and stability in Bahrain.
Earlier in May, President al-Assad received a verbal message from King of Bahrain expressing Bahrain's full support for Syria's security and stability and the reform process under the leadership of President al-Assad.
