Video; Clashes when Furenal of Martyr Majid Ahmed Turned Into Marches‏ in Bahrain

July 2 was a special day in Bahrain, as it was the initiation of the national dialogue. But there were clashes between mourners (who went on a march toward Pearl Roundbaout area which is now totally blocked and guarded by the National guard) and the police forces.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The funeral was held in Sehla area in Bahrain to mourn the martyr Majid Ahmed who died 4 days ago after being allegedly shot by a birds shotgun used by riot forces on 14 March.

Simeon Kerr the financial times reporter in Bahrain witnessed the furenal , he mentioned that after the furenal hundreds of youth went on a march towards the heavily guarded pearl roundbaout which is only few kilometres from the furenal area , they were chanting anti government slogan , expressing their anger against the government for its heavy repression and not welcoming the dialogue in its current form and methodolgy.

Also according to eye witnesses , when the march reached sanabis area which is adjustent to pearl roundabout area , police quelled the protest voilentally using rubber bullets and tear gases causing at least 3 minor injuries . Mohammed Almaskati head of bahrain youth society for human rights mentioned on his facebook account that what he saw today from overrun attempts by police toward the peaceful protestors was totally unaccepted and they demand an explaination from Ministry of interior (MOI)

MOI on its turn issued an official statement mentioning that arround 500 protestor went on unauthorised march after the furenal which forced the police forces to act accordingly for preservation of order, Bahrain is facing serious complains of repression against protestors from global well respected NGO's as well as the local community

Roads were totally shut by the police later and numerous number of police petrols surronded the area of sanabis and its surroundings to prevent any type of public gatherings or marches.
