(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd (BIMB) once again emerged as the PLATINUM AWARD winner for Islamic Financial Services under the annual Reader's Digest Trusted Brands Award 2011, making it the third win in a row.
"Our focus on enhancing the delivery of quality customer service as well as innovative and value-added financial solutions to our customers has finally paid of as proven by this award," BIMB Managing Director Datuk Sri Zukri Samat said in a statement Thursday.
The Reader's Digest awards are based entirely on votes from its readers based on six qualitative criteria, namely trustworthiness and credibility, quality, value, understanding of customer needs, innovation and social responsibility.
Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad or "BIMB" in short, is the first Islamic bank in Malaysia, commencing its operations in July 1983.
