The ceremony was held on May 26 at the Iranian center with participation of the Iranians residing in the Philippines, Iranian students and some interested Philippine citizens.
Following Quran recitation at the beginning of the program, Hussein Divsalar, Iranian cultural attaché, congratulated the participants on the three occasions and said that the center has organized various programs to introduce the status of woman from Islamic view to the people of the country.
"A meeting at Mindanao University, forum on women and their status in today’s world’s at University of Women in Manila, and an exhibition of handicrafts, artwork created by Iranian female artists were some of the programs”, he said.
Hojat-ol-Islam Mousawi, president of Al-Mustafa International University, highlighted the auspicious occasion and explained the status of Hazrat Zahra (SA) based on Hadiths of the Infallible(AS).
