In letters sent to his Muslim counterparts on Monday, Larijani criticized the deployment of Saudi and Emirati forces in Bahrain and called for practical measures to prevent the violation of Bahraini rights and violent dismissal of their legitimate demands.
Larijani criticized the use of live rounds against unarmed civilians, the blocking ambulances and medical teams from aiding wounded protesters, the abduction of patients from hospitals and the detention or abduction of a number of ordinary citizens and political leaders.
The Majlis speaker said that such acts are in violation of all human and moral principles as well as international conventions.
