12 Bahraini Judges Resigned in Protest Against the Police Attacks on Pearl Roundabout

According to informed sources in Manama, 12 judges of the Shari'a court resigned from the judiciary to protest against Saudi and Bahraini military attacks on unarmed demonstrators in the Pearl Roundabout on Wednesday march 16th.

(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - According to informed sources in Manama, 12 judges of the Shari'a court resigned from the judiciary to protest against Saudi and Bahraini military attacks on unarmed demonstrators in the Pearl Roundabout on Wednesday march 16th.

The judges said in a statement they issued today: "According to tragic situation in the country and bloody events against unarmed citizens, we; judges of the Sharia (PET Aljafería) declare our resignations of judicial office from the Kingdom of Bahrain."

The statement signed by Sheikh Mansour Ali Hamadeh, Sheikh Nasser Al-Asfour, Sheikh Ali Al-Mubarak and Sheikh Salah Elstree and Mr. Faisal Jawad torch and Sheikh Abdul Nabi Abbas Al-Haddad, Shaykh Zakaria Alsddi and Sheikh Ali Jassim al-Jamri and Sheikh Ali al-Hadi Khalifa and Sheikh Baqir al-Mahroos, Sheikh Jaafar higher and Sheikh Hassan Asfour.
