(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A selection of Islamic books has been put on display for the public through a mobile exhibition moving across Zinder, the Republic of Niger.
After having held a book fair in Maradi, the ALN Publishing Company is now doing the same in Zinder.
The company annually organizes mobile book fairs in different areas for 3 days, offering books in the fields of religion, medical and technical sciences in English, French, Arabic, and Hausa, main official languages in the country.
Abdulsalam Mahdi, director of the exhibition, says the purpose of holding such moving exhibitions is to underline the crucial role of reading in life and encourage citizens to dedicate an amount of time to studying books.
“Niamey, the capital city, is the next destination of our mission,” he remarked.
