(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A new mosque was launched in Nigeria’s capital city of Lagos earlier this week.
The Ansaruddin Islamic Society’s mosque in Lagos was launched in a ceremony attended by Azimi Nasrabad Iranian Cultural Attaché in Nigeria.
Addressing the function, he stressed that in order for Muslim children and youth to learn about Quranic sciences and Islamic teachings, the best place is the spiritual environment of mosques.
He expressed hope that such activities by the Ansaruddin Islamic Society would continue.
A number of religious and political figures were also present at the ceremony.
