VIENNA, Austria (Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - The Imam Ali (AS) Islamic Center in Vienna plans to open a digital library which offers over 14000 books.
This is according to Ali Akbar Mazlumi, head of the cultural and social affairs of the center. He said that the books feature various subjects in Persian, Arabic and English.
“Quran, Interpretation, Nahj-ul-Balaqa, Fiqh, mysticism, history, music, geography, supplications, culture and literature, thoughts and Islamic rules, and novel will be among the major subjects of the books of the library,” he stated.
“It will be launched with the aim of providing answers for the religious concerns and questions of Muslims in Austria”.
Referring to the scientific researches conducted for fulfilling the goal, he noted that collecting, protecting, organizing and disseminating information related to Iranian written works featuring a variety of subjects form the main objectives of the digital library.
