(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - A conference titled “Painting in Islam” is scheduled to be held on November 22, in Cairo, Egypt.
According to Alyawm Alsabe Newspaper, it will be organized by the Egypt’s Archeology Supreme Council.
Ab-ol-Hamd Farghli, head of the Islamic Works Section of the Cairo’s Archeology University will make a speech at the function.
Painting in Islam, Islam’s perspective towards painting, Muslims' painting at the beginning of Islam and Muslims’ innovations in the field of art will be among the themes to be discussed at the conference.
It will be held at the Gayer-Anderson Museum.
