Ahlul Bayt News Agency (ABNA.ir), Organized by Iran Cultural Center in Kenya, a Quran educational course has been underway since the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan and will go on for two weeks in Iran Cultural Center as well as Jafari Mosque in the city of Nairobi, Kenya.
According to Islamic Culture and Relations Organization, the course includes the categories of Quran recitation, fluent reading of the Quran, Tarteel and Tajweed and is held with the presence of prominent Iranian reciter Masoud Pirouzmand.
Over 40 teachers and Quran learners from different parts of Nairobi are participating in the course.
Masoud Pirouzmand is also to run Quranic programs in the second week of the holy month in mosques in the eastern city of Mombasa especially in the city’s Shia mosques.
