Quran is the holy book of divine guidance and direction for mankind. Muslims also consider the original Arabic verbal text to be the final revelation of God.

It was revealed gradually to Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) during his prophethood, spanning some 23 years.

Muslims regard the holy book as the main miracle of the Great Prophet Mohammad, as the culmination of a series of divine messages.
