The Imams also participated in workshops to develop their skills on “how to lead and manage community activities effectively” at the centres.
The Officers of Quality Assurance & Standards Department took the participants through various sessions related to the IRE Madrasah Syllabus, Management of Child Centred Curriculum and Improved Retention and Transition of students in Madrasah. They were also taken through the progress and benefits of Economic Upliftment Programs for women offered at various centres.
Dedication to tableegh activities was discussed by Sheikh Fazle Abbas, in the form of a story of a CEO who wanted to test dedication and honesty among his managers.
At the end of the seminar the results for the year end 2008 Madrasah exams were announced. The Alhaj Ali Mohammed Jaffer Sharif Dewji rotating trophy was awarded to Madrasah Hussaniya, Bahakanda Centre, for the Best Performance in the year 2008.
The Imams of the Masjids expressed their appreciation to Bilal Muslim Mission of Kenya for their efforts in conducting such workshops every year to benefit the tableegh activities at the centres.
